Child Safety Standards
Get2Getha LLC ("Get2Getha," "we," "us") publishes these standards to describe our policies and practices against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the Get2Getha mobile application and related services.
1. Zero Tolerance
Get2Getha has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. Users may not create, upload, share, solicit, promote, or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or that facilitates such activity.
Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent ban of accounts, preservation of relevant records, and referral to appropriate authorities.
2. Age Requirement
- Get2Getha is not intended for children under 16 years of age
- Users must meet the eligibility requirements described in our Terms of Service
- If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information and restrict the account
3. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to our general prohibited conduct rules, the following are strictly forbidden:
- CSAM or any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to exploit a minor
- Content that sexualizes minors or encourages contact with minors for exploitative purposes
- Using Get2Getha to coordinate, advertise, or facilitate CSAE
4. Reporting
We provide tools for users to report concerning content and behavior, including a dedicated report category for child sexual abuse material or exploitation.
- In-app reporting: Users can report messages, events, profiles, and other content directly within the Get2Getha app
- Email reporting: Safety concerns may be reported to support@get2getha.com. Please include relevant usernames, event details, message context, and screenshots where available
- Emergencies: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first
5. Moderation and Enforcement
Get2Getha uses a combination of user reports, automated moderation workflows, and human review to identify and address violations.
- Reports involving CSAE or CSAM are treated as critical priority
- We may remove or restrict reported content, suspend accounts, and permanently ban repeat or severe offenders
- Event hosts and designated moderators may take action on reports within their events, with escalation to Get2Getha administrators when needed
- Users may block other users to limit further contact
- We apply content filtering and other safeguards designed to reduce harmful or abusive content on the platform
6. Cooperation With Authorities
Get2Getha cooperates with law enforcement and child safety organizations in accordance with applicable law. Where required, we report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities, and we may preserve and disclose relevant information to assist investigations.
7. User Responsibilities
- Do not use Get2Getha to harm, exploit, or endanger minors
- Report suspected CSAE or CSAM promptly through in-app reporting or by email
- Do not share, repost, or attempt to investigate CSAM yourself; report it to us or to law enforcement
